London House Inn is located on-site of the RiverRun Rafting Resort property in a private woodland and garden setting. With the Ottawa River at our door, guests can take time to relax beachside or deck side of the private pool and hot tub (pool and hot tub are exclusive to Inn and Garden Cottage guests). Walk woodland trails and relax in our serene Japanese garden complete with a three tier trickle pond and old growth forests. London House Inn is a small country inn with four private rooms and baths. A communal mini-kitchen allows inn guests to bring light meals and drinks or advance reserve buffet style meals with RiverRun. Coffee and tea are always available.

The Garden Cottage is an 1850’s heritage building and was moved from Beachburg and carefully restored using all existing exterior siding and windows.

This 1850’s heritage building was moved from Beachburg and carefully restored using all existing exterior siding and windows.  The original sign declares that “George Suretees” dealer in hardware, groceries & dry goods, still hangs on the buildings rustic exterior. Only a wrap around porch and sun room were added. Inside you will find restored pine floors, hand painted stenciled walls and a comfortable décor complete with a red enamel fireplace.

This accommodation offers 2 queen beds with sitting area on the top floor. The ground floor has a large living and dinning area, two bathrooms, large screened sun porch and a full kitchen for self catering. Coffee and tea are always provided, or book delicious meals with RiverRun in advance. Enjoy the privacy of beautiful perennial gardens and woodland walking trails. While staying at The Garden Cottage guests can also take advantage of the facilities and river trips offered with RiverRun Rafting, our host and parent company…….the beach is a short walk away.
