All prices listed are in Canadian (CDN) funds. RiverRun Rafting & Wilderness Resort accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express. River Run also accepts debit, certified cheques and bank or postal money orders.

Verified by Visa is an exciting new improvement in online shopping security. It gives you added confidence that you are the only person who can use your VISA card to make online purchases at participating online merchants. Once you activate your card no one can use your Visa number at participating e-tailers, including our Web store, without your password. Through a simple checkout process, Verified by Visa confirms your identity when you make purchases at participating online stores. It’s convenient and it works with your existing Visa card. All you have to do is register just once with the financial institution that issued your card and create your own password and Personal Assurance Message. Payment Schedule by Phone
If you book your rafting trip by calling 1-800-267-8504 - 50% of the cost of your trip will be due 15 days after you book your adventure. The balance of the trip cost is due 30 days prior to your rafting date. Please remember that all cheques must be certified.
Payment Schedule Online
If you book your rafting trip online, full payment will be required.
RiverRun Rafting is a Certified Internet Secure Merchant. Internet Secure Inc. has been approved by the top five Canadian banks to provide secure, online, real-time credit card processing for certified Internet merchants. When we ask for your credit card information, you will be in a fully secure area of the Internet Secure Web site. RiverRun Whitewater Resort does not, at any time, see your credit card information. Credit card transactions and approvals, are performed entirely within the secure environment provided by our online commerce partner, Internet Secure.
After You Book
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. The e-mail will include your sales order number and a summary of your purchases. RiverRun will contact you to confirm your booking date and an official receipt and trip itinerary will be mailed to you, separate from your order. Use the official receipt for any and future correspondance with RiverRun Rafting.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Guests who cancel their trip will receive a full refund if a written cancellation is received 30 days prior to their trip. If the trip is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the trip, refunds and alternate dates will not be available. RiverRun Rafting & Wilderness Resort reserves the right to alter any trip course, equipment or location without refund.
RiverRun Rafting does not store or share any of your personal infomation.
Transaction information (billing) is kept on file only until your trip is confirmed through our office.
RiverRun never sees any of your credit card information.
When you opt-in to receive our newsletter, we’ll periodically send you information about our season specials, incentives and events happening at RiverRun. We never share your email address with anybody and you can easily unsubscribe at any time.
Medical protection is available at an extra cost and is optional. Prices are listed on our rates page. Guests who have purchased medical protection may cancel up to 24 hours prior to trip departure for medical reasons. A doctor’s note may be requested. Refunds will not be provided, however, an alternate rafting date will be planned and booked.
