With gentle whitewater on the middle channel, the famous Rocher Fendu section of the Ottawa River, offering 12-kilometers of gentle rapids, isolated islands and spectacular waterfalls.

Learn about portage routes for Algonquin Indians, the exploration of Samuel de Champlain and the massive logging industry that made history on this Canadian Heritage River centuries ago.

Everyone must be at least 6 years of age and 50lbs.

This is not a float trip, everyone gets a paddle and everyone gets to participate in this easy run down the river. Let our entertaining river guides navigate you through smaller rapids, calm whirlpools and gently splashing waves of whitewater.

A riverside picnic lunch is just one of the stops along the way including plenty of time to view spectacular scenery and wildlife.

Half-River Express Trip for Families

Ages 11 – 15 years
(Sun – Fri): $65.00

For those on a budget of time or money RiverRun now offers a half-river express trip joining you up with our High-Adventure Raft Trip on the Main Channel, just in time for lunch.

Arrive at 10:30am for your shuttle to our put-in to meet up with the trip. This trip offers big waves and big adventure, perfect for youth and teens 11 years and up! On your return to RiverRun enjoy your BBQ lunch.

Package includes one full family style rafting trip (Sun – Fri) two nights of camping, 1 lunch, 2 breakfasts, 1 dinner, view a video replay of your family rafting adventure, use of all resort facilities. Wetsuits at no charge for children 15 and under. Children must be a minimum of 6 years of age and weigh 50 lbs.

Wetsuits are included for children (ages 6 – 15) on our Family Trip.
Trip course is subject to change due to fluctuating water levels.
Prices are subject to a $5 service charge per person – per day and 13% HST.
